About Neal Williams
Neal Williams
In 2019 when Neal began working closely with individuals and families navigating the uncertainty of mental illness, substance use, and the justice system. He created Elevated Lifestyle Academy (ELA) to focus his vision of helping others.

Having faced his own battles with mental illness and addiction as a young man, Neal deeply understands the struggles families endure while trying to support a loved one in crisis.
A suicide attempt survivor, Neal has been in sustained recovery from alcohol and drugs since 2013. His journey into service began in 2015 as a volunteer in mental health and addiction recovery programs. By 2020, he transitioned into professional work, combining his lived experience with clinical insight to support others.
Today, Neal serves as both a family recovery coach—helping parents, spouses, and loved ones find direction and stability—and as a personal coach to individuals facing incarceration. His unique perspective offers hope and practical tools for clients preparing for jail or prison, ensuring they and their families are equipped with strategies for resilience and transformation.
Grounded in his own story of recovery, Neal provides the guidance, accountability, and compassion that families and justice-involved clients are seeking. Neal lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife, Antoinette, and their son, Bryce.
